This book represents the smaller of two available versions of Padmasambhava's biography, known in Tibetan as Padma Kathang. Even without illustrations, as the other edition has, this is a beautiful book. After all, it is from the most influential woman from Tibet - about the most influential man who formed Tibet.

For the deeply interested student, it is most illuminating to read and compare both versions.
